Lynn Marie Chesebrough, nee Sowerby passed away in her sleep on February 23rd, 2022, at 57 years old. Lynn was always willing to do ANYTHING we possibly could need help with–including dishes and laundry! Her unwavering love and compassion for our cats was undeniable. She always made sure to give the more nervous kitties extra, extra amounts of love and compassion. Recently, Lynn also started helping facilitate adoptions at Darbster Kitty during our open hours. These kitties were able to find loving homes due to her rehabilitation skills. She also fostered some of our most shut-down kitties with amazing turnarounds within a week. She was our hero… she did so much to help the animals including assisting with partner store adoptions and helping to train new volunteers. Lynn was one of our most dedicated volunteers as well as one of the kindest and purest humans we have ever met. It is with profound sadness that we say goodbye to our dear friend, Lynn Chesebrough.
